I went into the store for a blues harp and got attracted to a Telecaster (%despite already having one).
I had a good play and tried another instrument based on advice from your employee.
I didn’t buy that time but will be back to find the gem.
You guys had the harp I was looking for an by Lee Oscar, the best.
So good service and had the product I was looking for.

Absolutely fabulous support and service from Ben Hiscock - makes it worth going back ( which I have). He makes an excellent point of contact for the company- very helpful and patient, followed up promptly exactly as he said he would.

Item arrived all good. But I was not able to use it when I needed it. Since signature is required on delivery, I had to wait until Saturday to pick it up. What’s the point of fast shipping if I can’t get the item when it arrives.

Great service. Staff always on the ball and ready to assist without too much pressure.
Great range of products and competitive in pricing.
